Meet Aiden Flatley, the youngest and undoubtedly the most adorable Chief Inspiration Officer (CIO) in the recruitment industry. Aiden brings a fresh, if somewhat unconventional, perspective to Recruitment Reimagined. He may not have a degree (yet!), but he has plenty of enthusiasm and an inspirational giggle that lights up our office.

Aiden's journey with Recruitment Reimagined began shortly after he mastered the art of walking. His innovative strategies include using building blocks to explain organizational structures and insisting that snack time is crucial for peak productivity. He’s a firm believer in the power of nap time to reinvigorate the mind and is on a personal mission to make plush toys an essential part of every office décor.

As Chief Inspiration Officer, Aiden’s responsibilities are vast and varied. From leading our morning team 'dance-offs' to ensuring that every team member gets ample cuddle time.  Aiden is integral to maintaining morale and creativity in the office. His visionary approach to leadership includes speaking in a language only his sister understands, and utilizing interpretive dance to convey complex ideas.

When he's not busy inspiring the team, Aiden enjoys a rigorous schedule of playdates, finger painting sessions, and story time. 

Amber is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for cultivating meaningful connections. Her commitment to fostering relationships, from casual coffeehouse conversations to deep and profound connections, underscores her mission to elevate the careers of medical professionals. Her ultimate goal is to enable these professionals to provide exceptional care to communities in dire need of their contributions. Amber finds profound meaning and purpose in her role, knowing that she plays a part in facilitating these crucial connections.

Before joining the team at Recruitment Reimagined, Amber enjoyed a successful career spanning property management, medical office management, sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship in the realm of meal planning. Her previous achievements reflect her personal growth, determination, and the drive required to recruit and connect top talent in the medical field with outstanding career opportunities.

Outside of her professional life, Amber and her husband, Chad, lead an active family life with their three children. They are avid supporters of their children's sporting events and seize every opportunity for family vacation.
